Getting Started

What is the Law of 100?

The Law of 100 is a simple principle: do something 100 times to achieve mastery. Consistent repetition over 100 iterations transforms skills from conscious effort to unconscious competence.

Is this really free?

Yes! Our Free plan is free forever. No credit card required. No tricks.

You get the full core workspace, complete progress tracking, and community support. Upgrade to Pro or Enterprise if you need exports, automations, or dedicated assistance.

Do I need to do something 100 days in a row?

No! The target is 100 total repetitions, not necessarily 100 consecutive days.

That said, daily consistency usually leads to better results and faster completion. But if you miss a day, just continue. The app tracks total reps, not perfect streaks.

What should I practice first?

Pick a focus area that is:

  • Small enough to complete daily (10-30 minutes)
  • Easy to verify (clear yes/no)
  • Motivating enough that you want to return tomorrow
  • Connected to a larger personal outcome you care about

Using the Workspace

How do I log progress?

  1. Open the practice you want to update
  2. Click “Add Progress” (or the "+" button)
  3. Your counter updates instantly

Log immediately after each rep for the most accurate history.

Can I log multiple reps in one day?

Yes! Log every rep you complete. The tracker counts from 0 to 100 regardless of how long it takes.

What if I miss a day?

Missing a day doesn’t erase your progress. Your count stays the same - you just continue tomorrow.

Pro tip: Never miss two days in a row. One miss is a hiccup, two is a pattern.

Can I edit or delete progress?

You can view your complete history but can’t edit individual reps. This keeps the data trustworthy.

Accidentally logged a bunch of reps? Contact support and we can help clean it up.

Can I pause a practice?

There’s no pause button—just stop logging for a while. When you’re ready, pick back up where you left off.

If you know you’re finished, archive or delete it to keep your workspace focused.

Workspace & Limits

Are there usage limits?

Everyone gets the same core workspace. Heavy use cases—dozens of simultaneous practices, large exports, or automations—fit best on Pro or Enterprise because of the extra tooling and support.

Can I remove a practice?

Yes. Delete or archive a practice anytime to keep things tidy. Deletion is permanent, so export first if you might need the data later.

What’s the difference between monthly and annual?

Annual saves you money:

  • Pro: $90/year (save $18 vs monthly)
  • Enterprise: $290/year (save $58 vs monthly)

Annual plans are paid upfront, monthly plans are charged monthly.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! Cancel anytime. No questions, no tricks.

When you cancel:

  • Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period
  • You can still access your data
  • No automatic renewal
  • Can reactivate anytime

Do you offer refunds?

Yes! We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.

Not satisfied? Email us within 14 days for a full refund. No questions asked.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Features

Can I export my data?

Pro and Enterprise only: Yes! Export all of your practice history as JSON.

Exports live under Settings → Export Data. Free plan users can view their history in-app but can’t download it.

Do you have a mobile app?

Not yet! But our web app works great on mobile:

  • Responsive design
  • Fast loading
  • Add to home screen for app-like experience
  • Syncs across all devices

Native iOS and Android apps are on our roadmap.

What are Trackables?

Trackables (formerly Inventory) are live resource cards inside each sheet. Use them to track HP, spell slots, supplies, currencies—anything with a value. Adjust numbers inline, use +/- controls for quick taps, see an automatic history log for every change, and trigger batch actions (Short Rest, Long Rest, or custom macros) to update multiple Trackables at once.

Can I share my progress publicly?

Not yet. Everything is private by default.

Opt-in sharing and social features are on the roadmap, but privacy will always be the default.

Do you send reminders?

Email reminders are coming soon! For now, we recommend:

  • Set phone calendar reminders
  • Use habit tracking apps alongside Law of 100
  • Set alarms for your practice time

Privacy & Security

Is my data private?

Yes! Your practice data is:

  • Private by default
  • Only visible to you
  • Encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Never shared with third parties
  • Never sold or used for advertising

What data do you collect?

We collect only what’s necessary:

  • Email (for login and communication)
  • Practice data (titles, descriptions, progress)
  • Usage data (for improving the app)

We don’t collect:

  • Personal details beyond email
  • Data about content inside your notes
  • Third-party tracking data

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to Settings → Delete Account.

Warning: This permanently deletes:

  • Your account
  • All practice data
  • All progress history

This cannot be undone. Export first if you want to keep anything.

Technical

Which browsers are supported?

We support modern browsers:

  • Chrome (recommended)
  • Firefox
  • Safari
  • Edge

For best experience, use the latest version.

Why is the app slow?

Usually this is due to:

  • Slow internet connection
  • Old browser version
  • Too many browser tabs open

Try:

  • Refreshing the page
  • Updating your browser
  • Closing other tabs
  • Clearing cache

I found a bug. What should I do?

We appreciate bug reports! Please email support with:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead

Pro and Enterprise users get priority bug fixes.
